The Burleigh is perfectly located for:

Bird Watching

Some of the country’s best birding is on our doorstep with Titchwell, Snettisham and Holme all nearby, right down to Blakeney which is only about forty minutes by car. You could also make use of the award winning Coastliner bus service which runs regularly along the North Norfolk coast. Pensthorpe, as seen on BBC Springwatch, is also nearby.

Walking

Walkers are very welcome here at The Burleigh, with the Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path very close by. We can also offer help with taxis to and from walking points or there’s always the Coasthopper bus service.

Cycling

Cyclists are well catered for with relatively flat terrain and the odd slight hill here and there, but most important are the beautiful landscapes along the coastline and of course the plethora of tearooms, pubs and restaurants.

We at The Burleigh can provide covered storage for a few bikes as well as basic tools and puncture repair kits. If that’s not enough “Open Sky Cycles” cycle shop is only a few hundred metres away.
